icon was engaged to deliver design-assist mechanical services and plumbing that entailed the design and installation of respective systems and components for Albion in the Gulch.
This new construction, 415-unit, 20-story development is located in Nashville’s Gulch neighborhood just steps from downtown. The facility is primarily a high-end residential building featuring a mix of varying size apartments and two-story penthouses, but also includes a number of amenities including roof-top pool, coffee shops, bars, fitness rooms, pet and recreational areas.
icon specifics entailed: (2) air-cooled chillers; (3) DOAS units; a central water system on the roof; booster pump and fan coil units.
Albion in the Gulch is a $140 million effort scheduled for a 2023 completion.
