icon is serving as the mechanical design-assist partner for the BJC Healthcare Campus Renewal, Phase III project. The new, 617,000 square-foot, 17-story tower features 280 patient rooms (inpatient and ICU) and is the latest undertaking as part of BJC’s comprehensive master plan for its flagship campus in St. Louis.
icon is tasked to design, prefabricate, and install HVAC systems and components to support patient floors, common areas, and a mechanical penthouse.
icon also served as the prime mechanical contractor for BJC’s initial North Tower Penthouse project completed in 2017.
Phase III is projected to be complete in 2024.
