icon Mechanical served as the design/build mechanical contractor for the newest production line at the St. Louis Dial plant. Dial St. Louis houses production for Renuzit air fresheners, and Purex liquid and ultra-pack detergent lines.
icon was responsible for the design layout and construction of the new Renuzit production area and two new processing lines. New production required a 4,000 gal hot water heater, a UV sterilize 175 GPM water softener, (7)500gal fragrance totes, (2) 2,500 gal mix tanks, (2) 3,000gal filler hold tanks.
Due to the high demand of the Renuzit product, the new process lines were top priority among the Henkel Corporation. icon played a vital role in meeting productions demanding start date. The Renuzit processing lines are the fastest production and packaging lines throughout the diverse family of products under Henkel Corp. Commissioning, start-up, and testing were crucial to the process of switching from the old Renuzit production line to the new and improved lines without any loss time.
