icon Mechanical served as the Design/Build Mechanical for this fast track office and production facility. This project consisted of a 30,000 SF two story office space and a 200,000 SF pharmaceutical production facility which houses the High Volume Filler pharmacy automation system. The facility was constructed from the ground up in 82 days.
icon Mechanical was responsible for installing twenty-seven roof top units, just over 900 tons of cooling which we landed carefully on the roof in under 45 minutes using a helicopter.
The pharmaceutical production facility High Volume Filler which now produces nearly 100,000 scripts per day required 650 SCFM of compressed air, hundreds of feet of piping and hundreds of regulators which icon installed during this tight fast track schedule.
As an integral of designing this innovative facility, icon designed and installed the HVAC systems over the High Volume Filler which are responsible for stratifying and removing particulate from the air that’s produced during the bottling of the pharmaceutical products.
