St. Elizabeth Hospital

This project is a new full service replacement hospital in O’Fallon, IL. It will be a part of the HSHS network in Illinois.

As the Design Assist HVAC contractor, icon is responsible for the completion of the design and construction documents. It was released for bid and the cost of the project ran over the anticipated budgets. icon was asked to review the design and offer suggestions on how to reduce the overall cost of the project. The value engineering offered by icon was crucial in achieving a design that met the owner’s needs and also fell within their budget.

icon is also serving as the project leader for BIM coordination on this project. We are managing the various other MEP trades to ensure BIM coordination is thorough and meets the construction schedule.
