icon Mechanical is serving as design-assist mechanical and plumbing contractor for Boeing's 3A Brownleigh expansion near St. Louis Lambert Airport, one of the most significant aerospace manufacturing investments in the region. The program spans 158 acres and roughly two million square feet across multiple buildings, nearly doubling Boeing's military aircraft manufacturing footprint in the St. Louis area and establishing what will be among the most advanced digital aerospace design and manufacturing environments in the world.

icon is executing the work as a joint mechanical build with Murphy Company, delivering a multi-trade scope across the assembly building and Central Utility Plant. Modularized pipe assemblies ranging from 1/8" to 42" diameter have streamlined installation, while design-assist efforts have optimized the CUP mechanical layout for the end user.
