- Furnish and installation of HVAC system components to support the "air-cooled" data halls
- Furnish and install the fuel oil system
- Supply air, return air and exhaust air duct construction and install
- Refrigerant piping for split-system AC units

Excavation and construction for domestic water, sanitary and storm drain, fixtures, and all associated piping and components
