icon Mechanical is executing the design-assist mechanical and plumbing scope for a multi-building data center center campus, built for a confidential client. icon's scope includes two 40 MW data centers, each encompassing 200,000+ SF and two floors, and a third 50+MW data center. 

Scope of Work (3 Buildings)

Mechanical

  • Furnish and installation of HVAC system components to support the air-cooled data halls
  • Furnish and install the fuel oil system
  • Supply air, return air and exhaust air duct construction and install
  • Refrigerant piping for split-system AC units
  • Mechanical insulation and controls
  • Pre-commissioning and start up
  • Furnish and install holding tanks
  • HVAC controls

Plumbing

Excavation and construction for domestic water, sanitary and storm drain, fixtures, and all associated piping and components
