Constructed in 2011-12, Pershing Elementary School was a LEED-certified project in University City School District near St. Louis, MO. The 60,000 SF school consists of two stories, 30 classrooms including specialty classrooms, workshops, science labs, offices, a gymnasium and a library.

Scope of Work

HVAC

  • Designed, installed, and commissioned all HVAC systems
  • Daikin VRF system — 5 condensing units, 59 fan coil units, 55 branch selector boxes school-wide
  • 3 rooftop units conditioning large-volume spaces: gymnasium, library, and cafeteria
  • Self-performed with icon's in-house trade workforce
