icon Mechanical was initially engaged to review the project design and recommend ways to reduce overall cost through a value-alternate design exercise and ultimately became an integral member of the BIM design team.
icon fully modeled and coordinated all HVAC piping, ductwork, and medical gas services with the other trades, then used robotic layout to install hangers and seismic anchors ahead of the concrete pour. The result: design-assist and installation of the complete mechanical systems for this 144-bed acute-care hospital.
