icon Mechanical served as the design-build mechanical contractor for this fast-track office and pharmaceutical production facility, built from the ground up in just 82 days. The LEED-certified complex pairs a 30,000 SF, two-story office with a 200,000 SF production facility housing the High-Volume Filler (HVF) pharmacy automation system. To hold the aggressive schedule, icon set all 27 rooftop units on the roof in under 45 minutes using a helicopter, then installed the compressed air, piping, and HVAC systems that bring the HVF online.
