icon Mechanical served as the design-build mechanical and plumbing contractor for this LEED Silver, 170,000 SF facility. The state-of-the-art complex combines research labs, a pilot plant, meeting rooms, a full-service cafeteria, and general office space.
Meeting tight budget demands and energy-efficiency goals took rigorous collaboration: icon worked through intensive design sessions with the owner, process engineer, consulting MEP engineer, and architect to define exactly how the facility needed to operate. icon also delivered a complete turn-key relocation and consolidation of pilot plant operations from two existing locations.
