Scope of Work
Phase 1 — Utilities
- Chilled water, RO water, and compressed air to all growth chambers
- Hundreds of feet of underground lab waste run beneath 12" concrete floors to a central waste-treatment system
- HVAC supply and exhaust routed from existing systems to bring fresh air to each room
Phase 2 — Growth-Chamber Infrastructure
- Room air handlers, pump racks, and humidification dispersion systems
- Perforated-panel ceiling system serving as a plenum to distribute air evenly throughout each room
