A surge in demand for White Claw hard seltzer put the owner in immediate need of new capacity, and the answer was a one-million-square-foot, $400 million grass-roots brewery, fast-tracked for a six-month completion in early 2021. The general contractor engaged icon Mechanical for the facility's MEP system design and components, including the central utility plant (CUP).

icon began fabricating CUP components just 15 days after award, then shipped them to the site timed to arrive exactly when needed. icon delivered on schedule, clearing the way for the brewery to open inside its six-month window.
