As the design-build mechanical contractor, icon Mechanical provided utility services throughout this half-million-square-foot Nissan production facility. The scope included more than 40,000 LF of pipe, much of it built into 54 pipe racks carrying multiple utility systems each. Every component was fabricated in icon's shop and transported to site, with the entire project engineered around modularization for cost-effective, accelerated, and safe installation.
